Teresa Baysinger was born and raised in Russellville, Missouri. She graduated from Russellville High School in the top percentile of her class in 1993. She is currently attending Columbia College to receive her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. Her major is in computer graphics, publication graphics, and website creation. Upon graduation, she plans to pursue her Master's degree as well.

Since May of 1999, Teresa has been employed with Missouri Health Care Association. She has worked her way up to currently being the Manager of Administration. Her responsibilities with the association include management of six support staff, publication creations, membership, accounting, on site computer maintenance and much more.
